Envirogreen can offer a complete waste management package for building sites. Working in conjunction with our partner, 2G Environmental, we can offer a revolutionary system for recycling and waste management for all "new build" construction sites.
The system consists of three elements, a mobile, horizontal shredder which has the unique ability to shred/process a wide variety of pre-segregated waste on site, the small but powerful shredder can handle the three main site waste streams: gypsum, wood and hardcore.
The second part is a mobile bailer that can handle site waste packaging, cardboard and plastic wrappings and has an on board paint pot/can washing and crushing station.
The final part is an organic filter tube system which addresses site water filtration/run-off and soil erosion using the clean wood mulch processed through the shredder.
Around these three elements, and to comply with the latest regulations on pre-treatment and Site Waste Management Plans, 2G has developed a proprietary Waste Tracker System that records and reports detailed information on the type of waste (by European Waste Codes), location, volume, treatment and destination of all the waste produced, and provides a custom waste audit trail to validate compliance.
The whole system can be operated on site without the requirement of EA Licensing.
